How We Partner With Referring Physicians

Our board-certified sleep physicians evaluate patients, screen for sleep disorders and provide recommendations for your patient’s next step. We monitor patient compliance after PAP set-up so you don’t have to. We then provide test results back to you for ongoing patient discussion and monitoring.

Sleep Disorders We Treat include Snoring, Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Restless Legs Syndrome, Narcolepsy, Sleep Deprivation, Insomnia, Parasomnia and Circadian Rhythm Disorders

Testing

FusionSleep is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). The most common test is called a Polysomnogram (PSG), which is performed overnight in a private room setting for your sleep patients. Our facility* is designed to make patients comfortable for their sleep study in a relaxing, hotel-like environment.

Depending on a patient’s insurance guidelines, they may be required to do a home sleep study called an HSAT. Our proprietary NOX T-3 home test is shipped free of charge to the patient's home, along with simple directions to initiate testing and return postage.

All test results are carefully reviewed and interpreted by our board-certified sleep medicine physicians. Once test results are reviewed, ordering physicians can discuss treatment options with the patient.

*COVID-19 sleep lab precautions: Patients will be asked a series of questions before their appointment and temperatures will be screened prior to entry. We will also be restricting the number of patients in the lab. Technicians will be in PPE including scrubs, gowns, face shields and masks.

Oral Appliance Therapy is an alternative therapy to treat obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Oral appliances are an excellent option for non-compliant or PAP intolerant patients.

Our Proprietary Compliance Platform

Patient Treatment Summary.png

Our proprietary platform monitors patient compliance to ensure adherence to insurance guidelines as well as PAP supplies for home delivery. The platform is designed to alert our registered sleep technicians when compliance is not being met. Our respiratory therapist and sleep technicians then reach out virtually or by phone to the patient directly to troubleshoot the issue.
