PAP Devices:
PAP devices are only returnable during the rental period. Once your insurance company has purchased your PAP device, it is non-refundable.
Self-pay devices (new or refurbished) are final sale.
PAP Supplies:
PAP supplies may be returned if:
The packaging is unopened AND
Purchase date is 60 days or less
Sales of travel PAP and related accessories, power solutions, cleaning systems and comfort products are final.
