Systems Support Specialist

Overview
The Systems Support Specialist is an entry-level position, which should provide basic systems and technical support for FusionSleep team members. This employee will assist the Business Operations Manager with assigned/miscellaneous operational projects or tasks.
More specifically, the Systems Support Specialist should provide prompt and persistent hands-on support in troubleshooting reported system issues, assist in the maintenance of current systems, and aid in new system implementations. This employee should help ensure that operating and software systems (and the use of them) adhere to company policies and procedures.
This position also involves working closely with the information technology department to meet the technical requirements of other team members. Systems Support Specialists should collaborate with operational staff to ensure organizational goals are met in a timely and efficient manner. In many cases, this team member may be required to assist in operational projects, which may include data entry, data accuracy verification, or data review
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Complete assigned tasks and projects quickly and with consideration to appropriate operational priority.
Provide basic support for systems such as - but not limited to: Windows 10 (OS), CareCloud (EHR), LumaHealth (patient engagement), Zoom, Slack (internal communications), proprietary FusionSleep systems (Koeo/Enterprise), as needed.
Provide general support for tools created with G Suite (or Microsoft Office/Office 365) utilized by staff.Activate/Deactivate new user access in all systems with proper roles and rights setup. Assist in the onboarding of new hires, which includes orientation and use case for various systems.
Assist in the setup of office hardware/software such as tablets, printers, fax, POS devices or PC’s, as needed
Assist staff in software and hardware troubleshooting prior to opening IT cases.
Flexibility in working with various departments and assisting in operational duties related to those departments
Complete repetitive tasks such as file transfer, document import, data entry or data review.
Generating reports for operations teams as needed.
Occasionally, will require working outside of regular business hours.
Education and Experience
Minimum High School/GED Diploma; Associate Degree preferred
At least one year of system support or information technology-related experience (preferably in a medical environment).
Highly attentive to detail.
Highly analytical.
Ability to correspond professionally through email, Slack and other applications - with exceptional follow-up and communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate in a high-pressure environment.
Highly competent in understanding general system processes and logic.
Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures and work descriptions in English, which includes HIPAA and system security policies and procedures.
Ability to speak clearly and effectively to employees of the organization, vendors, patients or other practices (over the phone or in-person).
Ability to understand medical practice terminology or internal workflow terminology, as needed.
Ability to work independently with high self-motivation or resourcefulness.
