More Sleep = Happier You

Sleep is a necessity. Getting the right amount of sleep each night is essential to living a healthy and full life. As easy as it can be to neglect sleep, you have to remember that without it, every aspect in your life can be affected.

Long-term effects of sleep deprivation are a real thing, and you might not notice what it is doing to your body and mental health until the side effects get too far along.

  1. Prioritize your sleep times.

  2. Create healthy habits around bedtime.

  3. Put your phone away 30 minutes before bed.

  4. Limit caffeine intake in the afternoon.

  5. Include physical activity in your daily life.
