Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Cecile Martin-Jones is an advanced Sleep Medicine family nurse practitioner with additional expertise in pulmonary medicine. She completed her nursing training at the St. Petersburg College and her advanced practitioner training at Georgia State University. She has years of experience in emergency care, out-patient based pulmonology, and sleep medicine. Cecile provides exceptional sleep medicine care to children and adults at the Johns Creek location.

Biography

Cecile began her nursing career in St. Petersburg, Florida where she completed her nursing education.  She immediately applied her love of nursing to caring for trauma victims and treating the critically ill.  She accomplished this at one of the nations leading Trauma centers, Bayfront Medical Center.  She also provided home health care service to many needy patients in the Tampa/Clearwater area.

Cecile relocated to Atlanta and continued her critical care nursing career in the Emergency Department at Saint Joseph’s Hospital of Atlanta.  During this time she completed her Graduate studies at Georgia State University as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Prior to joining Fusion Sleep, Cecile spent her first 2 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner working with a well-established group of physicians at the Atlanta Pulmonary Group.  This was where she was first introduced to the life altering value that Sleep Medicine offers patients.  She was responsible for patients in both Sleep and Pulmonary Medicine. She managed patients in the clinic and the hospital (Saint Joseph’s and Northside Hospital).
