Susan Wolff serves as the Vice President, Business Operations responsible for customer service and back office services such as benefits verification, claims processing, financial counseling, billing and patient satisfaction. Ms. Wolff's experience has been in marketing operations, project management, cross-functional process development, customer service and billing management.
Susan Wolff has 30 years of marketing operations and planning experience with a strong record of success in managing back office processing as well as outsourced vendors in start up, turnaround and restructuring situations. Susan began her career at AT&T and subsequently joined the start up venture ISACOMM, which evolved to become Sprint's National Accounts Division. She was responsible for the recovery and turnaround of Sprint's National Accounts billing system, restructuring the analytical proposal processes necessary to acquire large complex sales, and creating the first comprehensive management decision systems required for evaluating business performance. Susan received seven awards for outstanding professional performance for her work.
Susan has experience and deliverables in both profit and nonprofit sectors, public and private alike. She brings an in depth understanding of how processes and people intersect to support business applications and customer care.
Susan Wolff is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration.
