Chief Financial Officer

Robert Sutton serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sutton holds and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. He began his business career with Deloitte & Touche, Certified Public Accounts, where he advanced to the position of Audit Manager. Mr. Sutton left Deloitte & Touche to join General Automation, an American Stock Exchange technology company, where he served for a number of years; first as International Controller, then as Corporate Controller and ultimately as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Following the acquisition of General Automation by a larger competitor, Mr. Sutton joined VeriFone; a company preparing for its Initial Public Offering. Mr. Sutton served initially as the Company’s World Wide Supply Side Controller and was a member of the VeriFone “Going Public Team”. During his term as World Wide Supply Side Controller VeriFone became a New York Stock Exchange Company and rapidly expanded its market reach into over 90 countries worldwide. Mr. Sutton played a key role in the expansion of the Companies manufacturing and distributions capabilities as new production and distribution facilities were established in the US, Europe and Asia. Based on performance Mr. Sutton was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer of VeriFone’s US Division, the Company’s largest and most profitable division. During his term in this position he consistently guided the Division to on or better then plan performance and was twice awarded VeriFone’s Outstanding US Performer Award.

Following the acquisition of VeriFone by Hewlett Packard, Mr. Sutton refocused his career on smaller, early stage companies. Under this new focus Mr. Sutton has provided financial and operational guidance resulting in the successful development of several US and international companies in markets such as technology, financial services and real estate development. Mr. Sutton brings great depth of financial and operational knowledge to the Fusion Sleep Executive Team along with a strong drive for success and a high standard of doing business in a quality manner.
